Muhammed KELEŞ was born in Gebze on December 1, 1991. He completed his primary and secondary education at Nene Hatun Elementary School and his high school education at Ülkün Yalçın Anatolian High School. He received his bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karadeniz Technical University in 2017.

Lecturer Muhammed KELEŞ has been working as a lecturer in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at Near East University since 2025.
