Esmira Abiyeva was born on 1th June 1975 in Azerbaijan. Her father was an engineer and mother was a housewife. In 1992 she has completed secondary education in Baku and entered Azerbaijan State Economic University, faculty of account , control and analysis of economic activity’s’’. In 1997 she has finished the University with the MSc. degree.

She has worked as an accountant in 1997-1999 and 2007-2010. In 2014 she started work as an instructor at the Department of Economics, Near East University.

She is married and has two children.
